Raw Sesame Bars
We received our Seasonal Box of organic fruit and vegetable delivery from the Organic Empire today, like we do every week, and their suggestion for with a simple and healthy snack food recipe – raw sesame bars.
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups pitted dates
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/8 tsp sea salt
1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until mixture holds together when pressed.
2. Press mixture into 9inch square pan and chill. Cut into squares and serve.
