Neck Pain Relief Stretches
Importantly, remember to relax when performing stretches, find a comfortable stance or sitting posture and remove other tensions. Stretching in the sun is always more relaxing where possible. These stretches are a great starting point, but remember to seek Osteopathic treatment if you have more persistent pain, debilitating headaches or migraines, eye tension, dizziness or even general stiffness.
Use these stretches daily, at least 2 times a day, but more if suffering from a chronic neck issue. Using heat therapy with a lupin heat bag for 10 minutes before stretching can be really helpful, or stretching under the hot water in the shower.
